CASEY STILL UNHAPPY
COLIN MONTGOMERIE last night revealed Paul Casey is still in the huff with him over his decision not to give the Englishman a Ryder Cup wild card.
Monty revealed all attempts to contact Casey in the 10 weeks that have passed since the Celtic Manor victory have been blanked.
The Scot has previously described the decision to not hand a place to a man he calls a friend as the most difficult of his golfing life but it seems he has not been forgiven.
Monty said: "I have still to speak to Paul. I have been trying hard but I'm not getting very far. Email, text and voicemail is about my limit and I can't do any more than that. But I've tried and we'll leave it like that."
Leading Europe to victory is the highlight of Montgomerie's career but he believes the event faces a massive overhaul to make golf's greatest show even bigger.
