Matt Kuchar still king of the ping pong table

The United States did not enjoy the best of Ryder Cups this time around, suffering yet another defeat in the prestigious team event. But while the Europeans lay the claim to the famous trophy for yet another time, American golfer Matt Kuchar remains the undisputed king of the ping pong table.
The American is back in the United States ahead of playing in the Frys.com Open and during the press conference for the US PGA Tour curtain raiser, Kuchar said that Bubba Watson has one of the weakest backhands in the team and youngster Jordan Spieth was a little too keen to make a name for himself as he tried to dethrone Kuchar but according to the soft spoken American, even he knew what he was going to get.
Matt Kuchar said that they mostly played doubles during the Ryder Cup in Scotland last month. He added that only someone like Jordan Spieth challenged him to a singles match and he got what he knew he was going to get. But Kuchar also mentioned playing singles was a lot of fun because there was only doubles games being played but the advantage of a doubles are also there as it creates a bonding between members of the team.
Bubba Watson is also a very sly character when it comes to picking the team as he has claimed Kuchar as his partner every time and that way, it works out very well for him. Matt Kuchar said that for a player that has absolutely no backhand, he is decent as a player and as a team, they always blend well and take on some of the big hitters.
He also said that Jordn Spieth, Zach Johnson and Phil Mickelson are also good players and are the next three best after him.
